3 Bedroom House in Vero Beach

Welcome to our Paradise Getaway! Experience tranquility on .58 acres of land with a fenced backyard! Located in Vero Beach, within a short driving distance to the ocean and beaches, dining, shopping, and family friendly activities. Spend time outside near the relaxing pool or large outdoor area. The house has a king bed master suite with cable, a queen with smart TV, and another queen spare bedroom. Full kitchen perfect for the cooking enthusiast. AC is equipped with an Active Pure Air Scrubber destroying 99% of all surface and airborne contaminants.
Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cats are not allowed due to health hazards to the home owner.
-$100 per pet will need to be paid before check-in info and house access is granted. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.
-House trained dog/no cats.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Summary: This house is ideal for a beach getaway! It is well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything from beaches to shops and restaurants is within a 10-15 min drive. The pool and yard were perfect for relaxing after a fun day at the beach. Would recommend!

Summary: This was a great trip even though I had dislocated my shoulder right before this trip. The house was immaculate, the yard beautiful. Birds and rabbits, lovely foliage. The pool clean and heated. The neighborhood is very quiet, so you wouldn’t party here. Everyone in the neighborhood very respectful. I would like to stay at this house anytime I’m visiting my family that live in vero. The owners very helpful when needed. Again thank you Mr. Nero(Eddie)

Summary: We stayed at this property for 6 nights. It was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean, in a nice area, and well stocked with things we would need (plenty of bath and pool towels, pool/beach toys, beach chairs, etc). It was 15-20 minutes from pretty much anything we needed or wanted to do (beach, restaurants, ice cream, shopping). If we come back to the Vero Beach area we will definitely stay at this property again.

Summary: Eddie is a gem! Can't imagine a better host - responded fast, taking care of us like cherished family. Example: battery powered vacuum cleaner didn't hold charge well; Eddie pointed out a second, corded vacuum in the closet and then contacted the owner who authorized a new battery powered replacement which Eddie delivered promptly. Property clean, accurately described. Tryly heated and weekly serviced pool a real asset - did water aerobics 57 of the 59 days stay. Floating basketball hoop was a fun plus. The stay felt like a home - well appointed with decorative touches. Property next to last on a dead end street - no traffic.

Summary: We are building a house in the area and this property is a great place to relax after meeting with people about the build. Very quiet area and neighbors, clean property with many amenities for both adults and children. Eddie is on top of things if you ever need anything during your stay.

Summary: I doubt this could be beaten. The property is in a quiet location near the beach, and close to food shopping and a good variety of restaurants. There was everything we wanted. The house is well maintained in good sized grounds. The pool was perfect for the adults and the 3 year old in our party. He also loved discovering the many outside toys in the garage and inside toys in the cupboard.
